We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Avelix PDF for personal or professional PDF work on devices and browsers you own or control.

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload it. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where applicable law allows.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Always keep backups of important files before editing or converting them.

You acknowledge that standard PDF processing runs locally on your device or in your browser. Quality and speed may depend on your hardware, browser, and available storage.

You retain all rights to documents you process. We do not claim ownership of your files and we do not upload them to our servers for standard tools.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any device password or biometric methods used to unlock the app.

Some features require a premium subscription. On Android, billing is handled by Google Play; on the web, payments are processed by PayFast. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period through your store or account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or profits, except where law does not allow such exclusion.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
